Living in Japan, it can be hard to find restaurants or bars that are fully or even partially non-smoking. Even those with “sections” don’t always provide a truly non-smoking area. Perhaps one day, the vast majority of such establishments will go smoke free, but until then, let’s work together to make a guide. Share your favorite non-smoking establishments across Hokkaido.
